Just wondering who is more wise Jiraya or Naruto .I think Naruto as he's Hokage which needs a strong and wise man

A Hokage doesn't need to be anything.
Natural Intelligence? Nope. Naruto
Natural Power? Nope. Kakashi.
Natural Popularity? Nope. Tsunade and Tobirama.
Life Experience? Nope. Hiruzen.
OT: Jiraiya is infinitely wiser than Naruto at the moment.

Wisdom comes with age and experience. Jiraiya had both over Naruto. When Naruto gets as old as Jiraiya or Hiruzen(provided he is still alive) then maybe we can revisit this topic.

Take into consideration that Naruto is spamming Shadow clones all over the place and is gaining years of experience in hours.

Naruto isn't well-travelled nor as old as Jiraiya. Naruto found his way of peace without much challenge as it was his ninja way that he'd been doing since a kid anyway. Jiraiya had a story as a false child of prophecy, team break-ups and fighting through bloodier wars than the 4th Shinobi War (a battle of glowing avatars and Edos rather than rival nations and actual murder.)

Yeah that just makes him experienced in Shadow clones. Doesn't make him wise. He is wiser and more experienced then when he was younger but still isn't as wise or experienced as Jiraiya. Let's not confuse wisdom and experience with power.

I'm not...the original gains all the the experience a Shadow clone goes through while it exists. Naruto has clones gaining lots of experience while helping various people in different walks of life throughout the village. He gains wisdom by being able to draw from any mistakes his clones have made and not repeat them himself.
with shadow clone cheat and interacting with so many people, he can gain experience, and thus wisdom faster than a normal person.
Though, wisdom depends on the person themselves...some people never learn from their mistakes and continue to make the same ones.

sure sure. So by that logic just make a 1000 clones, help a 1000 people for 1 day and that will automatically make you wiser than someone who has lived for a 1000 years traveling the world and helping one person a year.
It's not the same thing. Naruto gained knowledge that way. Wisdom comes with time not just lessons. You need time to apply what you've learned and pass it down to others. To see how it impacts others negatively and positively. To watch it both decay and blossom.
That's true wisdom. Something that only happens with time. A billion clones won't give him that. He needs time.

No, you are over simplifying it.
At most Jiraiya was 54 when he died
Naruto is in his 30's
it'd be more like a 556 year old using 1,000 clones to interact with people over the course of 100-200 years.
