Do women have an innate right by virtue of their birth to terminate their pregnancy and kill the baby? I say no. I would like to hear other peoples view on this.

I seriously think this is the only thing where I am not sure what I should think about it. I would say in normal situations where a dumb girl gets pregnant and didn't use medicine to kill the sperm cell it is their own fault. But if you get raped or something you should be able to take an abortion

Because I believe there is a point in which the mass in her uterus isn't just a hunk of cells that can be terminated, there comes a point in which it's human.

Th government has no right to legislate a woman's body at any capacity but I do think that late term abortions should be regulated depending on the health of the mother or child.

People who say "it's her body" reduces the issue dramatically. Her body is not the only factor here. REGARDLESS of if you think the developing fetus is alive or not, it IS a factor. It HAS started developing into life, which differentiates a fetus/zygote from a single sperm cell, and DOES count for something.

I agree with this, Government has no right to intrude on another's right. But the should set limitations to draw the line between right and wrong.

If the fetus is more than three weeks old, wasn't conceived by rape, or doesn't present a fatal risk to the mother, then it shouldn't be aborted.

Lets start bothering ourselves with making life conditions better for the children that are already here. I, myself do not condone nor condemn abortion but as of now, we have more important issues to talk about.

Every religious and cultural nut should keep their views at home when they leave the house in the sense of; not having any 3rd party meddle with private affairs.

No, they don't. By granting women that right, in process you are violating the right of the baby to live. It's really simple thing: Don't engage in sexual acts if you aren't prepared to sustain the burden. Not to mention financial costs too.
