Isn't he younger than Kakashi? Kakashi didn't look a day over 35, neither did Gai. Teaching must be very stressful in the Leaf.

He seemed to age more than Gai and Kakashi.We haven't seen Kakashi maskless so we can't get a good look at his age.

I thought gai looked old, as well. They should have been in their forties, but looked to be late fifties or early sixties.
