sakura or tenten,
sakura is always with the annoying comments she thinks she's a whole lot but infact she isn't crap.

tenten is always coming to the rescue with neji and lee but infact she throws about 10 knives, which are all dodged or blocked and then she's like: 'well yea crap, can't do anything now anyway, so let's just leave it to neji and lee' which then would fix it probably.

Jiraya or Sakura. Jiraya always appear out of nowhere, talks a little crap here and there and doesnt get over the fact that he couldnt convince oro to come back, and sakura is just useless, either she cries or she punches naruto.
