The three can't be compared. 1. We don't know ANYTHING about black lightning, amaterasu, while powerful, is a slow burning technique, and iton sand is the same as gaara's sand so i don't see why you included it instead of gaara's.

Iron sand is better than gaara's sand...and can easily pierce it... It was called Sunagakure's most dangerous weapon...Utilized by sunagakures strongest kazekage

Iron sand, it makes a great defense and offense and the iron sand puppet Sasori had was incredible, had the kazekage he made it out of been alive and not a puppet I'm sure it would've been even stronger.

In terms of usefulness in top-tier battles, Amaterasu wins hands down. The unavoidability thing + one shot if they can't get it off = very good. Iron sand is ok, but just gets danced around with high speed or blow away by the super powered attacks we've seen since it's introduction. Not enough data on black lightning.

Iron Sand because i don't see Black Lightning or Amaterasu having any Offensive advantages over the Defensive capabilities of a Shield of Iron Sand...

Offensively Black lightning and Amaterasu takes it though, because of its speed, and how lethal these Techniques are.
