You people underrate Batman horribly.
Batman has all sorts of gadgets and tech at his disposal. I don't see why he wouldn't have some kind of EMP that could shut Ironman's suit down.
Batman is the most dangerous member of the Justice League at one point. He devises a way to kill each and every member if he ever needed to. Don't mess with the Bat.

So? Batman can fight and he doesn't truly have an armor. So yeah, take away iroman's suit and he wont stand a chance against batman. He'll get beat silly.
What's more amazing is that he's just ur average human who trained himself to be this amazing.
batman does have an armored suit that can withstand knives and small caliber bullets
bruce wayne is also considered a genius.
the problem with batman is that he's still only a guy in a bullet proof suit which as iron man is made out of metal that can withstand a tank shell according to the first movie. Another advantage Stark has over Wayne is that if the Iron Man suit does shut down on him he can just summon another one similar to what he did in Avengers with the help of Jarvis the AI he created. Iron Mans only real power limitation is is own body since his chest piece can pretty much power the Iron Man suit indefinitely

I would say batman. He does have a suit like iron main in the comic batman inc plus has beaten superman in a fist fight as shown in the dark knight returns. tony stark with all his money and intellect still loses out to Bruce on that side of the coin as Bruce has many academic awards plus one of the worlds most dangerous martial artists who knows every way how to break a man.
Obviously Batman... Batty-Boy (What Harley Quinn used to call Batman) would be smart enough not to go face on face with Mr.Stark and use one of his devices to honestly make Iron man's suit have problems, or maybe find out his weaknesses! Just like when Batman scanned Mr.Freezes suit to see all the weaknesses he had to beat him >:T C'mon guys, think.

-Great hand to hand combat skills; surpasses opponents? yes
-flight ability? plane, as well as gliding equipment.
-Speed? your average human speed
-Weapons? above average gadgets
Ironman,
-incredibly durable something-nium suit;resistant to opponents tools? yes
-Good hand to hand combat skills; surpasses opponents? no
-flight ability? rocket.O_O
-Speed? approx as fast as a fighter jet
-Weapons? genius grade.missiles and stuff.
Conclusion:Batman probably wouldn't even throw a punch in this matchup.and even if he does, who in their right minds would want to punch a suit that can withstand a tank shell??
This just goes to show that it is highly inappropriate to match a close combat fighter to a long ranged, computerized targeting, indefinately powered OP one.just saying...
and those talking about batman disabling his suit, do you think he can figure it out before ironman is able to release just one missile???think about it
