Batman has all sorts of gadgets and tech at his disposal. I don't see why he wouldn't have some kind of EMP that could shut Ironman's suit down.

Batman is the most dangerous member of the Justice League at one point. He devises a way to kill each and every member if he ever needed to. Don't mess with the Bat.

bruce wayne is also considered a genius.

the problem with batman is that he's still only a guy in a bullet proof suit which as iron man is made out of metal that can withstand a tank shell according to the first movie. Another advantage Stark has over Wayne is that if the Iron Man suit does shut down on him he can just summon another one similar to what he did in Avengers with the help of Jarvis the AI he created. Iron Mans only real power limitation is is own body since his chest piece can pretty much power the Iron Man suit indefinitely

take away the suit, both fight hand to hand. Batman will take the win b/c even if his suit is bullet proof, it's NOT injure proof. He takes a bigger risk than Ironman.

I would say batman. He does have a suit like iron main in the comic batman inc plus has beaten superman in a fist fight as shown in the dark knight returns. tony stark with all his money and intellect still loses out to Bruce on that side of the coin as Bruce has many academic awards plus one of the worlds most dangerous martial artists who knows every way how to break a man.

Batty-Boy (What Harley Quinn used to call Batman) would be smart enough not to go face on face with Mr.Stark and use one of his devices to honestly make Iron man's suit have problems, or maybe find out his weaknesses!
