History: Ira was born of the in high mountains but after rogue ninja slaughter he's people he ran from his home. at the age of six he bumped into an old man. the old man seen grate power in Ira so he took him under his wing, over the next three years the man trained Ira they moved to the Village hidden in the Mist, the old man growing weak gave the boy to the academy so that he can become an shinobi his final test was to KILL THE MAN WHO HELPED HIM YEARS AGO.

Hey, proof read man. I'm not trying to sound like a jerk or anything, but apparently from your history, the information I gathered is he left home because his parents died, and he can never go back two (but going back one, three or more is fine).

Also, as far as I understand, your character has to have been born in a village. I think he also has to be allied to a village, but I'm not sure about that one.

1) Custom clans are forbidden, unless you're a sage. So remove that.

2) You need to have some reference to a Village of Birth and/or village of alliance. That you don't fill in one of the two isn't a problem, but you need to have a connection to at least one village as otherwise you aren't a ninja. This has to be stated in your history.

3) Add the first element you want to learn at elements.

4) Make your history longer. That you make a short reference to a custom clan IN YOUR HISTORY I don't mind. But then it should be said in such a way you don't have a connection anymore with it and you need mention a relation to a Hidden Village. As it is now it looks like you only have a custom clan, which is forbidden.
