So, I guess today's opponent is the oh so great head of the Valentine family? I respect you, and as such, I'm not gonna hold back.
Saying these words, Kimimaro immediately activates his curse mark, only opening up the first gate for now. As he allows the curse mark to activate he watches the man in front of him, staring at the mans feet to watch for any signs of movement. After the curse mark has coursed throughout his body Kimimaro throws off his robe and bends his knees as he prepares to take off, watching his enemy for any signs of movement.
I'm not dumb, I realize I am outclassed. But if I can at the very least land a scratch on you, then that means I've improved.
(Chi no Juin: Ichi) - Earth's Cursed Seal: Level 1

Kimimaro felt the first drop of rain smack against his skin.
Hah, this rains gonna make fighting a real *****, but all is fair when fighting. Even so, guess I should get rid of it eh? II'll show you everything I can Ojii-chan.
After saying this Kimimaro brings his right foot off of the ground by a few inches and then beings to spin his body clockwise, pivoting off of the base of the toes on his left foot. As he spins he forcefully moves his right leg upwards at a 45 degree angle, completing a 360 degree spin kick that creates a tornado, the head in the shape of dragon. The dragon, initially moving upwards at a 135 degree angle, changes its flight path mid way to Vincent, setting itself on a collision course with Vincent. Immediately after delivering the kick Kimimaro coats his body with Earthen armor and forces his way through the base of the dragon, the Earth armor allowing him to do so without getting harmed by the force of the winds. Once he leaves the tornado, Kimimaro casts off his earth armor and sprints towards Vincent, who should be dealing with the head of the dragon by this time.
( Konoha Ryūjin ) - Leaf Dragon God

After initiating the attack, the user appears to remain shielded within the base of the tornado as the outward surface of the dragon seems to be solid enough for a person to impact and rebound off of, making the only way to enter the technique once it has been initiated is by being swallowed. The user whilst in this armor is resistant to B rank ninjutsu techniques but is vulnerable to Lightning Techniques.

Note: The dragon should allow me to move through the field without being detected by the rain, since it isn't formed by chakra.

As you spin and release the dragon, Vincent makes 2 seals. Upon the dragon arching towards him, Vincent releases a rapidly rotating blast of wind that overpowers the dragon:

I know what you mean. The new jutsu are kind of weird, but I kinda wanna stick to taijutsu and earth, so I just used that tornado thing.
After Kimimaro bursts out of the tornado, he sees Vincent using a wind technique to repel the dragon. Seeing as how the technique remains even after Kimimaro's dragon has been dispelled, Kimimaro decides not to enter short range of the opponent, and after casting off his earth armor, he creates small earth pillars that launch him backwards into the air at a 45 degree angle.

As Kimimaro is saying the curse mark on his body begins to expand, covering his whole body as Kimimaro forces the second gate open, growing a tail in the process. After the second gate has fully opened, Kimimaro lands long range from his opponent.

After those 4 turns, the user regains some of his ability to mold chakra, with each turn increasing by one the rank of chakra he can mold. His physical penalties however aren't recovered unless the user is healed.

Saying this, Kimimaro charges forward quickly, getting to mid range of Vincent in around two seconds. While doing this, Kimimaro begins to gather positive ions around him and his's flesh begins to burn, not only from the acid rain, but also from the technique he is about to use. By the time he reaches mid range, he activates the technique, bursting forward at high speeds. Once he has Vincent by the throat he immediately slams him on the ground and punches him in the windpipe, taking away his capability to breath.
(Raiton: Aian Itten no Yoroi) - Lightning Release: Ion Particle Armor

As discussed, modes cant be stacked, so this move doesnt happen, so we must progress as if you did nothing.

At this point the rain is slowly eating at your flesh causing a great deal of pain and of course, it is doing the same to vincent.

Over time, this mode consumes the user's chakra until it finally wears off by itself. The technique lasts for three turns before deactivation.

then, you notice the rain begins to congregate on you, further intensifying the burning, while lessening my own. the water accumulating on you begins to spin and swell forming a massive vortex of acid that tears you apart and dissolves your flesh and bone:

As Kimimaro notices his flesh burning and blistering, he realizes that the technique he tried to use had failed, and that he was also being burned by something else, something which he couldn't quite tell. When he saw Vincent, free of all harm, including the burning which was plaguing Kimimaro, his hopes were crushed. He knew he wouldn't be able to defeat this man, let alone harm him in any way.
I guess this goes to show the difference in power between us. I'll fight you again, someday, when I'm stronger. Wait for me, I won't disappoint you.
As Kimimaro says this the vortex begins to envelope him, turning him into nothing but a pile of acid rain.
