I will. All you need to do is explain how it works and it's yours. I'll be submitting a weaker version of it this cycle....One with more than one usage.

Description: The user gathers an immense amount of steel chakra and channels it into the earth through his legs, which in turn causes the ground in the user’s immediate vicinity to be converted into black steel. After the ground has been converted the user will clap his hands together in order to have multiple (4) layers of thick steel rise from the ground and surround him completely in a dome like manner, which takes the form of a Aurochs. The dome will have a split down the middle and can be opened on the user's command, and it is strong enough to withstand the destructive force of S-ranked techniques and remain undamaged. Employed as the ultimate defense, Babiron no sōjō Geitsu can be used to defend against any F-Ranked attack following elemental weaknesses and strengths. After protecting the user from an incoming attack the corroded layers of steel will peel away from the split in the middle of the dome and fall away from the user.
*Note: Lasts for one turn
*Note: Can only be used Once per battle.
*Note: No steel technique can be used in the same turn.
*Note: Only B-rank and below steel techniques can be used for the next three turns

Quite the risky jutsu and i say this because of the last note. It will be used as a last resort and used wisely, though there is no reason to rely on it solely to survive an attack. I can think of other combinations and defenses that would go well with this. Always have backup plans within backup plans. What do you mean by aurochs? Is that like an animal? So its face is on the dome?.... Lol ultimate defense reminds me of gaara's sand. The description is pretty clear and i would just be repeating what it says, so i don't think there is anything else to say about it.

The user and Ninken retain its wolf legs and tail, and their forearms become large. The ‘barrier’ is strong enough to endure against oneS-ranked attack. Though the technique protects the user/ally, it puts a large amount of strain on the users body and mind, making this a onetime thing. If they were to use it again, they would certainly die before completing it. When performing the technique on an ally, the Inuzuka and their ninken will run around in a circle really fast. When performing it on themselves, they will spin on the spot and their drills will appear to swirl and mix.

Though the blast is unable to pierce targets, it delivers a massive amount of blunt force damage, allowing it to crush solid structures or force anything short range of the Ninken into mid-range. Due to the amount compressed chakra that is used to shape the beam, it's equivalent in strength to elemental techniques of it's own rank, while the radial blast can only affect B rank and below techniques.

Description: Employing the use of Gatsuuga concepts, this technique allows for an Inuzuka or Ninken to rapidly rotate their body either vertically or horizontally in place to gather air around them. The rotational force is so powerful that it gathers wind around the user as he spins, and will create a suction effect that pulls the opponent or a technique towards them. The wind gathered by the rapid rotation is devoid of chakra similar to the Konoha Ryujin technique, and as such it can withstand B rank and below elemental techniques. When this technique is used with chakra the user will leak chakra from their entire body as they rapidly rotate in place, which will form a large wolf made of dense chakra that pulls the opponent or a technique towards it, that will then appear to devoured. The chakra wolf is equivalent in size to the Water Beast technique, and is so dense that it's equivalent in strength to S rank elemental techniques.

I'll throw in one of my own, just ask which one. You won't owe me anything for this one. Guess I'll perform it. Gonna use Cu alter (special training clone) as my punching bag.
As a crimson red spear descends from the sky, Me and my partner spin ferociously and 'wrap' our drills around each other to create an even stronger drill, but one used for defensive purposes and sustained in a vertical manner. The drill would block the spear before altering its path, landing next to the drill. We stop spinning and prepare our next move regardless if its to attack or defend. Seeing (both) Cu attempting to plunge his spear downward and at us, my partner focuses massive amounts of chakra in an instant, before releasing it in the form of a bark that halts my opponent's attack and steadily repels him back. Seeing this, I take off toward Cu and while I charge at him, he seemed to have powered up or activated something. Remembering the requirements for the next jutsu, I remain stationary to perform it. I then spin horizontally, applying chakra, using the rotations to pull Cu in while forming a chakra wolf head attempting to bite into him. Drawn in, he can see me. He twirls his spear and thrusts it me. Drawing blood from my right shoulder, I lose concentration on the jutsu and fall while rolling horizontally towards my left. I make sure not to lose sight of him as he jumps up and attempts to impale me from above and so I roll once more, even further towards my left. Energy surges through him once more as I get up. He goes for another dive bomb as I jump back. No sweat.

As he attempts another spinning thrust with his spear, I counter with my own spin thrust. Both attacks cancel. As he swings down, I shift my body towards my left to evade and then do once more but with a spin, counterclockwise to evade his saw-like spin attack using his spear. My partner had jumped back as they sensed the danger beforehand. Seeing him jump and starting to see a malicious, evil aura emanate from his body, I jump back as well. Something was coming and so I prepare my best defense. I realize in shock, that I need to activate Fenrir for this. There was no time. With blinding speed, Cu closes in in an armor to finish me off, but before he could my partner had erected a barrier-like drill in front of me to block all his slashes and final strike. I'm thrown back by the sudden eruption of the chakra drill and watch as Cu's attack fails, while on my behind. He focuses his attention on my partner. The drill and armor have vanished, I don't even have to think about what he intends to do next. Cu's spear comes down on my partner, but they form a drill using their tail as a medium to block it. They then bring it over in front to block the second attack which was spinning one. The force causes my partner to slide back. The third attack is also blocked and I grabbing his right arm with my left hand and the shaft of spear with my right. My hands are bleeding but I endure the pain as I plant my left knee into his bare solar plexus, before pushing back to have him fall over. I roll off him and raise my body not taking my eyes off my opponent. More energy surges through this man... Just what is he? As he takes aim at me, he jumps once more to pierce me. I slide to the left to evade his spear and counter with a punch to his right cheek using my right hand. Of course, he was taller than me so I had to lift myself into the air to reach him, but it was worth it. We both land with my opponent not saying a word and vanishing into the void. (Man I need a spear of my own. >_>)

As he attempts another spinning thrust with his spear, I counter with my own spin thrust. Both attacks cancel. As he swings down, I shift my body towards my left to evade and then do once more but with a spin, counterclockwise to evade his saw-like spin attack using his spear. My partner had jumped back as they sensed the danger beforehand. Seeing him jump and starting to see a malicious, evil aura emanate from his body, I jump back as well. Something was coming and so I prepare my best defense. I realize in shock, that I need to activate Fenrir for this. There was no time. With blinding speed, Cu closes in in an armor to finish me off, but before he could my partner had erected a barrier-like drill in front of me to block all his slashes and final strike. I'm thrown back by the sudden eruption of the chakra drill and watch as Cu's attack fails, while on my behind. He focuses his attention on my partner. The drill and armor have vanished, I don't even have to think about what he intends to do next. Cu's spear comes down on my partner, but they form a drill using their tail as a medium to block it. They then bring it over in front to block the second attack which was spinning one. The force causes my partner to slide back. The third attack is also blocked and I grabbing his right arm with my left hand and the shaft of spear with my right. My hands are bleeding but I endure the pain as I plant my left knee into his bare solar plexus, before pushing back to have him fall over. I roll off him and raise my body not taking my eyes off my opponent. More energy surges through this man... Just what is he? As he takes aim at me, he jumps once more to pierce me. I slide to the left to evade his spear and counter with a punch to his right cheek using my right hand. Of course, he was taller than me so I had to lift myself into the air to reach him, but it was worth it. We both land with my opponent not saying a word and vanishing into the void. (Man I need a spear of my own. >_>)

Siris gathers a large amout of chakra and leaps into the air as he rotates and manipulates his chakra to form a spear around him. He then dives down and drills straight into the ground, releasing the chakra underneath his target, which shoots upwards in the shape of two large vertical columns of chakra
Nice technique, would be great if you could direct where the pillar was aimed instead of just shooting it straight up. One question about it's defensive properties though. What ram elemental techniques can it block?

Hmm... Good idea, I should update it so it can be more of an offensive "spear thrust". Tbh I don't know, but since its using shape transformation it should be able to block elements of the same rank, unless you feel more comfortable if I include the rank in the update? If nothing else then it is yours.
