I think it's fake. I don't think Kishi would reveal Tobi's identity in an interview. Especially because in a recent interview, he said that Tobi would be revealed within a few weeks.

Agree,i've been saying it could be Izuna months ago along with Obito but I doubt the author would reveal something that big just like that.

So I have to call it a fake as well.
