Well Kabuto did use Edo Tensei recently, which is probably what he's referring to. Also, we know nothing about the circumstances of Izuna's death as of yet.

Yes...

Did the interviewee ask who invented the technique? Kabuto used the tech, so it can be regarded as "his" jutsu. It really isn't anything to over-analyze.

Like I said before, there are more obvious ways the interview is fake then the actual content of the interview.

Well (if you assume the interview is legit), then it shouldn't be grammatically correct by Western English standards because English isn't Kishi's native language. Thus, the parts where Kishi is speaking aren't so Shakespearean.

All I can say for the "interviewers" is that you should keep in mind not everyone in the world has received an Oxford education.

If you want to find faults in the interview, look in places where it's obvious such as the timing of this Comic Fest thing or if Victor Sleez or w/e is actually a person.

If this turns out to be true then Madara is dumb as hell. Madara knows Edo Tensei. While he was alive, Madara could have grabbed a couple of fodder ninja, resurrected Izuna as an Edo, taught him the handsigns and let Izuna release himself. Madara could have then tried to ressurect Izuna using Rinne Tensei and if he died in the attempt, then Izuna would be able to resurrect Madara as an Edo. Madara could have then tried to resurrect Izuna by having him release himself from Edo Tensei then use Rinne Tensei to restore Izuna, failing that he could still resurrect Izuna as an Edo again. If it's not possible to use Rinne Tensei as an Edo, Madara could explore Nagato with his chakra reserves as an option, meanwhile Madara still has his Edo Rinnegan and an infinite chakra replenishment process. So not too bright with what we know so far. I realize that Kishimoto could always write in something after-the-fact as to why that's not an option, but that's kind of a bs way of doing business. I think he's better than that.

This thread is nothing but flaming. Why do people keep reading this and posting the same spam of saying "fake"? Do any of you guy's even follow the rules of the base? Tsuchi could literally come in this thread and infract a bunch of individuals. What thought at first would be cool to share is nothing more now, then a mere argument among others and people spamming. Not considering it seriously anymore, but the interview is leaked. It wasn't meant to be released until a few weeks from now and apparently Kishi was under the impression that Viz Media forumers would read it after Tobi had already been revealed.

It isn't like he (Kishi, supposedly) revealed it knowing it would be shown before we even knew who Tobi is.

Yeah, I'm calling it in now. I was largely skeptical before but now it just doesn't really make sense if you think about it.

Tobi could still be Izuna, but this interview is bogus.
