Well this is more of a Question/Suggestion

When people report they're helping out the staff. And the staff likes when people report things, because it makes their job moderating the forum a lot easier. I remember Ira saying something along the lines of this, "If you want this forum to be cleaner and not filled with spam, you have do your part and report." Where I'm going is, a lot of people on this forum are impatient. Just look at when it's Tuesday night and the manga comes out in the morning. People are constantly posting threads saying "where is the manga!" and "No manga today?".

I believe the time interval between reports, might be irritating members. And they will just not report. I know I don't like to report things because of this. 60 sec is very annoying if you're trying to report multiple things.

In all honesty, this should be at least 30 sec.

It's sixty seconds, ONE minute, in all honesty, if you can't wait one minute to complain about something you can easily ignore, don't report at all.

Well I can wait, but most members won't. The whole point of the reporting system is too help the mods out. And most people won't wait 60 sec trying to report over and over. When the majority of people don't report it causes more unecassary spam on this forum

The mod's Job = through reports

Well a lot of people come on here to read good discussions, not walls of spam. So yes you can call it complaing. But I would rather read sensible topics than "Tonton solos kaguya all day"

Shrinking the interval means faster reports, faster reports mean more reports in total, and they'll add up. The way it is now, is perfectly fine. Moderators already deal with enough shit, and faster reports certainly won't help most of them.

I thought more reports = Better.

Well the mods support reporting. How can they do their job if their isn't reports? Searching the forum for spam is harder than just simply reading a report.

Anyways it will help a lot more than you think.

If they receive more reports = more reported spam. They can easily deal with it and make this forum cleaner.

I believe this limiter was put in place because certain members don't know how the report/banning system works, so they report the same post multiple times in hopes of getting the member banned or the staff's attention towards said post. In layman's terms, this was done to reduce spam in the report section, which would obviously make their job easier.

Well I get your point, but it isn't necessary. Most of the times, the 60 sec rule would be annoying if you want to report multiple posts in a thread, but don't forget that mods aren't bots. If a thread is filled with spam, you could report one spam post and mention in the message something like that there are more spam posts beneath this spam post. And if 5 people made after each other a thread about why the manga hasn't come out yet, and you don't feel like to wait 60 seconds the whole time, you could report one thread and mention that there have been made more threads like this (and you could mention the section or the name's of the members etc.).

A tip for you is to include more info in reports about other posts in the thread for example.
Saves a lot of reporting but tells the staff the same amount of needed info.
