I don't know who this Johan Liebert dude is, but I do like that you put Light and L above Lelouch, many people overrate Lelouch's intelligence saying that he IS the smartest anime character of all time (Not counting any god like being ofc).

What I don't understand I why you put Madara on 6 and Kakashi/Itachi at 10 while Shikaku and Shikamaru aren't even on the list... That's pretty messed up.

Johan is the titular "Monster". Before he was 11, he made his entire orphanage kill each other (instructors and kids alike). He controlled the German underground at 15 and was about to control Germany's economy but he lost interest. He makes it so that a whole town turns into a Battle Royal style arena. You'd have to watch it to understand how clever he is.

Madara pretty much planned most of the series so I put him 6th. Kakashi and Itachi IMO are smarter than Shikamaru and Shikaku (I did forget him in the mentions though).
