Yet they have all been from observing the enemy first. Nagato= Due to Killer B and Naruto.. Thats pretty much it i believe. But still better then something we have seen from Tsunade.

Eh, nope, Itachi was an overall genius, not only with his skill in sharingan, but his intelligence, analytical , strategical etc ability are all on the level of kakashi etc..

tsunade is just a medical genius, as sasori is a puppeteering genius

Wrong sir, Intelligence shown in battle by Itachi.. has been countered by Naruto's. He has experience in fighting.. But Tsunade has more. It is a different thing that we have seen him fight more then Tsunade, but to be putting someone over someone whose hailed as the greatest Medical ninja, just because of some battle feats is absurd.

You talked about analyical feats.. for medical ninjutsu that is a must. Strategic.. Tsunade calling back Naruto..

Creating various medicines and jutsus of medical ninjutsu.

Your comparison seems like:

Tsunade completed the academy when she was 6 years old. This means she was a genius.
Naruto, Sakura and Sasuke completed the academy when they were 11- 12 years olds. I hope you can see the difference.

Kakashi? really? If Kakashi was much better then Tsunade.. he would've been Hokage. Now let me ask you this. Did Shikamaru think of bringing Naruto back? Have we seen Tsunade , Kakashi and Shikamaru on the same mission?

Shikamaru has shown battle strategies.. but Naruto's clone strategy against pretty much put him up there.

Has she shown any battle strategies? Joke? I just told you she countered Chiyo's poisons.. lmao. Which were killing ninjas of the leaf.. and hence made her the MAIN reason leaf won that war.

She knew how to go against Pain's Almighty pull and push.

Now itachi being the king of genjutsu and tsunade being the queen of medic ninjutsu id say they are roughly equal.
Talent however and itachi rofl stomps with no diff

It has been stated time and time again that times were different in this manga... Your point doesn't make much sense , as Orochimaru also graduated the academy at 6 and so did Jiraya... Jiraya was FAR from a genius at that age.. he was comparable to naruto or konohamaru from the flashbacks we've seen...

Orochimaru was the only one dubbed "plain genius" of the sannin.. And orochimaru said himself that compared to sasuke, his genius hype was totally undeserved..
