From what i understand giant awakenings cannot instant awaken & most average sized awakings can.

I'm not seeing a consensus here.

Is it factually known or confirmed that EVERYONE can Instant Awaken? (including big awakenings/Sasuke/etc.)

Or is it concluded that only certain characters can?

I believe it's the latter, but I'm not completely positive about this.
