'Gats and Flaws Apartment' - 10:45am
A new day begins and the window leading inside of Gats' and Flaw's apartment is left wide open, letting in the morning breeze as well as a messenger pidgeon that swoops in and drops a letter from its beak and onto Gats's chest while loud snoring is heard from the other end of the room.
Gats: Huh? wha-?
Flaw: Zzzzzzz...
After getting a rude-awakening, he notices the letter dropped by the bird and proceeds to open it, reading quietly to himself.
Flaw: ZZzzzzzz...Zzzz...
Gats: ...Urgh, what does the hokage want with us? *looks at the alarm clock* and it's still so early -_-
Still groggy from the sudden awakening, Gats reaches over to the alarm clock, although missing twice, on the third attempt he grabs it and slings it over to the seperate bed that Flaw is huddled up and stertorous
Flaw: ZZzzzz...SON OF A BITCH!

'Trail leading to Konoha's south gate' - 11:00am
Nexus: Up ahead you say?
TCS: Yes, yes, Konoha is up ahead!!
Nexus stomps forwards while dragging TCS by his neck, leaving a long trail down the road from where he has been tugged along.
Nexus: I spy with my little eye, something beginning with...D
TCS: D?...i don't have a cl-!!
Nexus swings TCS aside, flinging him over across to the trees that outskirt the village of konoha. Head-first through dozen of tree trunks.
Nexus: ...Your death.

{Gats Ramblings [1] - Found a ?20 note while walking down some stairs yesterday. Treated myself to a stuffed crust pizza with cheesy garlic bread ~ <3}
'Hokage's Office'- 11:10am
After getting dressed into somewhat smart clothing, the duo left their apartment to make their acquaintance to the Hokage. Once inside, no one other than the Hokage is within. She sits with unease while greeting the two.
Akiza: Good morning, I've heard rumours of your training. I hope everything went well. On to the main topic, I just wanted to give you a run-down of the mission ahead.
Akiza pauses and slides a file that laid on the side of the desk and infront her, then begins talking once more.
Akiza: On the border between the Grass village and our village is one of our watchtowers but it has been abandoned for a number of years. Your mission is to search the tower for documents inside of it and once done, destroy any remains which include the tower itself and bring back the documents safetly, understood?
Gats: Understood.
Akiza: Wait a moment, there are only two of you?
Flaw: Yeah, problem?
Akiza: Missions like these are most commonly taken up by three or more people in a squad, not two.
Gats: What do you suggest we should do?
Akiza: Find a third member and leave as soon as possible, if thats not a hassle.
Gats: No hassle, i have the perfect person in mind.
They turn their back to the Hokage and exit the office, once outside, they turn left to go down the corridor and the stairs. On the other hand, coming up the stairs is Mizu, who they quickly notice.
Flaw: Mizu! just the person i wanted to speak to!
Mizu: 'Sup?
Flaw: We need an extra person to do the mission, up for it?
Mizu: No can do, i've been especially summoned by the Hokage for something, so i'm going to have to pass.
Flaw: Shit! We don't know anyone else who will be willing to do this...
Mizu: Ask Missy, she knows a trick or two, she could help you out in your hour of need.
Flaw: Hmm...I suppose its our only option...Alright, thanks.
Mizu: No probs. Peace.
Mizu heads into the Hokage's office while Gats and Flaw head downstairs and to visit Missy at the ramen shop. Inside, a conversation between Mizu and Akiza takes place...
Mizu: So, you called for me?
Akiza: Yes, someone is killing all the Jinchuuriki for a reason we are unaware of.
Mizu: My hunch was correct, this is important. I'm guessing this has something to do with Izure?
Akiza: Correct. Izure, being the two-tailed, is most probably next on the list and for the last day, she has been kept in the emergency warehouse and i need you to be her bodyguard until the threat is dealt with.
Mizu: How can i say no to such a wonderful Hokage? ;p
Akiza: Thank you, Mizu. I'm sure you know where the warehouse is situated?
Mizu: Yeah. I'll head over their as soon as i've got what i need.
Akiza: Good luck...

{Gats Ramblings [2] - Wanted to get a library card the other day to borrow books from the library, turned out it was a national holiday that same day, so it'll have to wait...}
'Mizutoki's Ramen shop' - 11:30am
As it reaches noontime, Gats and Flaw make their way into the ramen shop, drawing back the curtains to find Missy slumped over at the counter with no one to serve. Flaw eagerly runs up to Missy.
Flaw: Missy! Missy!
Missy: Yeah?
Flaw: Can i have some pork ramen!?
Missy: Su--
Gats: O_O *punches Flaw away* we're not here for that!
Missy: Then what are you here for?
Gats: We're not eligble for the mission because we need an extra member, we need you...
Missy: I-i have a store to run...
A tumbleweed drifts by the shop
Missy: ...>.> nevermind, give me half an hour.
Gats: Great! meet us at the west gate of Konoha.
Missy: 'Kay.
Flaw: ... *stomach rumbles* And bring some ramen. ._.

'Konoha south gate' - 11:55am
Outside of the vast gate that borders the village hidden in the leaves, Nexus looks up at the huge door that's infront of him.
Nexus: Hmm... Konoha... looks exactly as it does in the anime.
Door guard: Halt! The town is heavily guarded, are you permitted to enter?
Nexus: Death need not permission.
Nexus points his hand to the guard with one finger which begins to engulf in dark energy.
Nexus: ...Bang...
A pitch-black bullet cannons discharges out of his finger and punctures the guards temple. The guard himself falls to his knees and onto his lifeless face - dead.

{Gats Ramblings [3] - The world cup is only a few days or so away, I'm really excited >.< although England probably won't win i'm still optimistic about our chances ~ Football's coming home!}
'Konoha West Gate' - 11:57am
Flaw leans unconcerned on a wall beside the west gate while Gats paces up and down, both of them waiting for Missy to arrive.
Flaw: Seems like girls from here also take forever to get ready. -_-
Gats: If it wasn't for her, we wouldn't be going on this mission.
Flaw: Blah blah blah...
Gats: Here she comes anyway, idiot.
As the sun gleams down on konoha, Missy galantly walks up to the duo, in her konoha gear. With a sword and a scroll equipped, she walks past the two and merely beyond the open gate, looking back with a cheeky smile.
Missy: Huh? Are you coming or what?
Gats: >_>
Flaw: <_<

'South Konoha' - 12:00pm
Nexus strides through the road that leads off from the south gate of konoha, leaving a reckless mess in his wake. Killing anything that may or may not oppose him.
Nexus: Is this the best konoha has to offer? This will be easier than expected. heh heh heh.
As the birds flock the nest, a fierce forest fire brews and threatens the trees that they call home. Is anyone able to defend against this onslaught?

And so it begins, the climax of the first arc
Just a quick summary of whats gone on. Flaw and Gats have finished their training with Mizu and were ready to go on their mission but a last-minute brief alerted them that they needed a third member. Mizu was unable to accompany them because he has been called up by the Hokage for a special mission to protect Izure from the Maverick - Nexus who so happens to infiltrate the village just as our protagonists leave for the mission (which can only go well, no?). It's sort of obvious what will happen but the way it will happen will be interesting i guess ~_~ On another note, this FF is becoming less funny and more serious mainly because i can only think of serious stuff to write because well, it's a serious situation and not a light-hearted one (also because i can't think of jokes -_-)
The ending of this arc will take roughly 4-5 chaps depending on how long i make the fights last lol.
Just another note on forthcoming characters, i got a slot for Teh-Tobz, Nero, Kaito, Roku which are coming up in the next arc or Tobz a little earlier
still gotta work out where to fit people like Benazz and Ali who have requested to be put into this FF but that'll be later. I've been really inspired by the fairy tail manga lately. It's actually quite good. I prefer it from Naruto cause the pace of the manga has gotten slow lately, meh.
Been watching a wider variety of anime as well lately. I watched like upto 13 eps of 07-Ghost which slightly got boring and it's a sausage-fest there. Fairy tail, of course <3. Angel beats is alright >.>, uhmm One piece i've watched for the last 2 eps which are really disappointing lol. Bleach has been alright with the ulq...uiirraa? i dunno vs. Ichigo fight and Naruto was a fail with it's Shinra tensei/SM naruto :/ i felt it wasnt epic enough. Also kissxsis to satisfy my perverted side x3. Feel free to recommend anything O^O Anyway all this relates to the FF cause it gives me ideas, okay!? i'm not just rambling on ~.~
