I say ino and karin are pretty much no help in this one, but with Shikamaru's genius and Chouji's butterfly wings I think they could take Suigetzu and Juugo. Juugo's recklessness is definetly a huge disadventage when fighting such a tactical team as well.

I'll say a tie because Ino and Karin will be a draw , Chouji vs Suigetsu , probably Suigetsu , Shika vs Juugo - Tie or else Shika barely in either way i find it will be a draw.

Ino-Shika-Choji...they've got great Chemistry between each other...on the other hand...karin is totally useless....so choji and ino get juggo...shika gets suigetsu or three at a time...simple...
