If kimimaro is healthy then he probably wins, but sick i can see him succumbing to his disease while trying to take the trio out. Ino-chika-cho ftw, high diff.

Going by your logic, how does the adult Ino-Shika-Cho trio hurt Kimimaro especially considering Chouji and Chouza are the only ones who can hurt him and Chouji is stronger than Chouza.

Ino-Shika-Cho win mid-high difficulty IMO. Kimimaro is strong but the combined efforts of Ino-Shika-Cho took Asuma down without too much difficulty once Chouji gained butterfly mode. With butterfly mode, Chouji alone can put up a good fight against Kimimaro if not win and with the help of his two team mates, they should win this.

Kimimaro wins mrd dif. IMO. I just cant see chouji being able to crush his bones, i mean, even the desert sand burial couldn't.
Also chouji would probably hurt himself trying to attack him.

he has to have the mindset for that and i think using butterfly without the pills is basic **** for the akimichi leader
