After much consideration I feel this group would be one of the few who could take Itachi on in a fight with a good chance to win. They all have great experience on the field, also they all have a natural rapport with each other as to the extent of there skills and abilities. Despite the advantages that Itachi may possess (EMS, Susanno, Etc.) if anyone cold find the weakness of these techniques it'd be Shikaku. Though not reguraly shown, he has demonstrated analytical abilities beyond anyone else on here. He'd be able to properly coordinate all their attacks to gain the maximum effect from them.

Honestly, thats a sweet combo but Itachi can rip through it like soaked paper.
Why?
Itachi is a genius as well as Shikaku but does he have a Sharingan? Itachi will always be one step ahead of Shikaku even if he was caught of guard.
Other then that, does Inoichi & Choza have the capacity to counter genjutsu iWonder?

to be honest. itachi is almost as smart (if not smarter) as shikaku so his intelligence doesnt play much of a factor considering itachi can counter it with his own intelligence and his superior abilities.

itachi doesn't posses EMS
itachi is more like a one on one fighter.
since it's 3 vs 1 (one of them being shikaku) they may cause some trouble to itachi.
however if itachi starts with MS and intends to finish them of quick, I'd say itachi wins.
because in order for shikaku's intelligence to work, he needs to analyze the battle. he won't be able to come up with a strategy right away
The only problem with Itachi's Amaterasu is that he has no control over it, He can use it but once its out even he can't stop it. Being that all the father's are jounin I believe them to be able to stand most of Itachi's genjutsus, with the only exceptiom being tsukuyomi.
Itachi doesn't even need to use MS to beat them
he took on kurenai and kakashi without using MS and both are stronger then ino shika cho

i think the kids have a better chance against itachi, since Chouji can go butterfly mode now without pills
plus who said itachi can't control amaterasu? Ask sasuke, he almost died because of it
In the fight Itachi had with Sasuke, he was able to use Amaterasu. The thing I'm trying to say is he was not able to bend it to his will. Also as far as the kurenai/kakashi match up I don't believe them to be stronger than ino-shika-cho.
