After her best friend never returned to the village, Ino was heart broken. She was forced to become the head of her clan, and Hokages Hinata lead of Intel gathering. She thought Sakura went to kill Sasuke on her own, after he defeating Naruto in that battle, and then killed her, so she decided to become stronger to avenge her friend.
Hinata ordered that she read everyones mind in the leaf in order to see if they are spys, and register them, because she will have no trouble in her safe haven.
Ino used this as a oppurtunity to read the mind of everyone in the leaf and copy their skills and talent, all of which is limited to her own chakra, nature, willpower, and control, (because that is something she couldn't copy). She sealed all this knowledge into her own mind, unlocking the Yamanacka's secret knowledge seal. The Boar Seal.
She put Hiruzen to shame, she is now a master of all leaf village jutsu, master of taijutsu, weapon from tenten, Shizune level medic, and has psychic abilities that will blow you away. She also is a master of earth release, learning how to use DOMO from Shikamarus mind.
Using her newly acquired skill, knowledge, and powers, she is not only a great anbu ninja, but she is a force to be reckoned with....
No she isn't a Emma Frost rip off lol, but seriously she probably was based on her. And no Sakura still solos, Ino is only as smart as Shikamaru was at the time she copied his mind, so no she isn't as smart as him, and she would still think the way she normally does.
