Making this jutsu needs a lot of time, so use a bunshin to help you.
THis technique makes a huge block of water form in the sky above the opponent, its so big, it can easily crush an entire battlefield. Nothing can be use to stop this in its way, people can only use jutsu to get away from where they stand. Another nice benefit on this jutsu.

They were wrong. Body flicker is a D-rank ninja art. The 4th Hokage used Flying THUNDER GOD and Shisui was just really good at body flicker. A lot of ninja use it. btw, make your move
