exactly so while ur clones r gnna try forming a justsu the rain that hits them will be glue so their hands and legs ande everyfing else will be tied down and will be in de midst of fforming a jutsu but wont be able to move until it wears off

I only can't move my feet. That's what the jutsu says. "binds the opponent in place", not that my hands are bound too.

fink bout it logically its raining at u and the substance is glue rite so if glue lands on ur hands then they r stuck together rite?
