Ok lets see what i know about it.Well thanks to some fights of hasashi i learned some of its abilities so yeah this i what i know:
1-360 Degrees vision
2-User can see the opponent chakra points and chakra sistem
3-User can see through walls,trees,etc.
4-User can use juuken.

With byakugan,a person can see through things like walls,trees,giving the user the ability to never get surprised.He can see the opponent when he is hiding giving him the advantage.To make it even better the byakugan has a 360 grades vision,meaning no sneaky attacks will work.Yet this has a problem,the byakugan user can see 360 grades except for a point on the back of the head,meaning that if the opponent finds out about it and is a fighter like kidomaru.This would make the opponent gain the advantage.
The byakugan can see the chakra circulatory sistem and can detect chakra,making the byakugan user a great tracker cause he can see a lot forward(sorry don?t know how to say it in english).Because the user can see the chakra points the hyuuga made a special taijutsu style for byakugan users called gentle fist.With it a person can hit chakra points,making the user be able to control the chakra flow from his opponent and can actually block the path,making the opponent unable to use chakra.

The gentle fist is used by byakugan users.The gentle fist is used to do damage to the chakra sistem,making the opponent unable to use jutsu.The user infuses chakra into the chakra sistem from their opponent to do that.It can be used for either divert chakra flow or rupture it.Almost any substance can be destroyed by using gentle fist,as seen how neji destroyed kidomaru?s sticky gold.This is done my using the chakra openings in his hands and transform them in needle made of chakra to cut through chakra.It can be used to attack internal organs too,making every single hit be extremly dangerous.

Rotation:The user pushes chakra out of their finger tips and spin,creating a chakra dome that can block most of the attacks and if the opponents get hitted by it,it will push them back.
Air palm:The user pushes chakra out of their palms this time,sending an air strike that hits their opponent causing damage.
8 triagrams 64 palms:The user hits the tenketsu and closes them,leaving the opponent unable to do jutsu.

The form of attack is:
-Puts in gentle fist pose
-Makes two strikes and shouts 2 palms
-Makes another 2 strikes and shouts 4 palms
-Makes 4 strikes and shouts 8 palms
-Makes 8 strikes and shouts 16 palms
-Makes 16 strikes and shouts 32 palms
-Makes 32 strikes and shouts 64 palms
With each hit,the opponents gets knocked back.
