Description: The user creates a hollow cannon of lightning that then releases a two lightning bolts, which fly at the opponent with great strength, and the sound they make sound like the roar of a dragon.

You must manipulate your lightning chakra, creating a hollow cannon form out of it, and then create more lightning inside it. Then you manipulate that into two blasts, and fire them with force, making it sound like a dragon's roar.

* Releases lightning chakra from chakra points and forms cannon out of it. After it I charges more lightning chakra inside of it and blast two dragons out of it with huge speed *

No, no..
You just have to make projectiles in the cannon, then fire those, and the sound they release will be like a dragon's roar.
The projectiles aren't dragons themself. O_O

* Creates clone * Now release your lightning chakra on sky and let them rain down as small sparks around my clone.

*I release lightning chakra into the sky, then let it form into sparks which come down around your clone*

Now you can either control those sparks forming cage around my clone or you can make them glow strongly making my clone blind due strong lights around him.

*I release some chakra into the sparks, making them link together to form a cage around your clone*

Now if my clone would try to break through the cage with raw force he would get zapped.

*I release the cage, then charge more lightning chakra into the sky and make sparks come down again, and when they are surrounding your clone I release more chakra into them making them glow and causing your clone to be blinded.*
