At that moment, there was a realization that gudodama is a counter is a possible counter to infinite tskuyomi too.

Black Zetsu is what came to this understanding, since he is or a byproduct of a gudodama:

Anyone who has the ability to use gudodama's can wrap themselves in it to block out the light:

I know that Naruto who had gudodama's didn't show such feat, but that's because he didn't have the knowledge to use rikudou senjustu like Madara or Obito.

He didn't know he can fly until two chapter later:

He was using Minato's ftg as a means to fly or teleport so to speak.

While Madara and Obito gained their knowledge from the uchiha stone monument.

What does that mean? Obito would have still been effected. Just like Yamato was effected inside of SZ.

This theory doesn't make sense. Obito still had one of his eyes exposed to light. Black Zetsu himself is probably a counter, though definitely not a Truth-Seeking Sphere, as he himself cannot erase techniques.

It was black zetsu attached to Obito that prevented it the light from working.

Someone like naruto can cover himself in a Gudodama (like Obito did) and prevent the infinite tsukyomi light from affecting him.
Seeing how Infinte tsukyomi has a time limit of some sort, it should work.

no idea why obito wasnt affected. if he was just passsed out it should have so maybe bz being on him made him immune. or intangibility. there was no explanation. we can only guess.

Yes, but Obito was still exposed to the light even with Black Zetsu, so you'd essentially be saying that as long as you're simply touching a Truth-Seeking Sphere, that it'd make you immune. Not to mention that they only erase nin-jutsu, so you'd also be theorizing that it nullifies any attempts at gen-jutsu.

It's about naruto utilizing the Gudodama for IT (when he gets experience like Obito and Madara)

Black zetsu didn't use intangibility, they would of noted that from the beginning.
