Good stuff....and what makes Naruto special is that he has what it takes to change the heart--Sasuke's heart...that's what sets him apart from the previous Ashura reincarnations....that and the whole never give up thing....he will never get fed up and finally kill Sasuke like Hashirama did with Madara....that's what Sasuke is trying to run away from by killing Naruto.

Good thread. Rep x 10.

Pst, by the time Naruto's done with TNJ Sasuke's hatred that has turned into love won't be brotherly love for Naruto, it'll be gay love.

You pointed out some similarities on a Naruto and Ashura but Hashurama wasn't like them exactly, he had the same ideals but he was strong from the get go while Naruto and Ashura needed to work hard with help from other to become strong. They didn't become reincarnations because they shared the same ideals, it's more that they have those ideals because they are the reincarnation.

I also don't think they can be reincarnated in anyone who is not their bloodline since there's mo connection to them, Obito went inside Kakashi temporarily to give him power, he wasn't influencjng his personality nor do they have same ideals since they both have different personalities while Hashirama/Naruto and Madara/Sasuke have similar ones. Indra and Ashura get reborn in they're reincarnation but depending on their lives, they can have ended up differently like how Naruto calls himself stupid compare to Ashura. Naruto said he's not Ashura and Sasuke isn't Indra because they lived their lives and are who they are; the brothers were reborn with different lives so it fits in with what Naruto says.

I do like the thread and the amount of work you put into it but from how the manga shows it, this is what I get from it.

This is naruto. The story revolves around him, he chooses to follow light path no matter what, simple yet unique. Ashura and his descendants always sought peace with co-operation while Indra and his descendants had their own view of peace, a peace which is achieved through power like IT. Hatred and peace cannot exist together, one has to be abolished in order to gain another. People interpret Yin-Yang in wrong way all the time. Yin-Yang are not actually two separate entities, they are one in reality, which is called life. They can only be separated by force but they remain as one single entity until they are separated, ex: Indra and Ashura, one represents Yin and other Yang but they were one single entity prior to that which is hagoromo. Naruto realises that the combination of co-operation and power both is the way to create peace which is Yin-Yang, he knows by merging two seperated parts of peace an even greater peace can be found, that's why he's trying to drag sasuke back into good side. Imagine sasuke and naruto both standing in the same side, naruto's co-operative mentality which is backed by sasuke's power, resulting in ultimate peace. For this to happen, sasuke should accept that without co-operation, power will fail. Yin cannot win without Yang.

wonna hear my opinion?

sasuke and naruto arent the sources of good and evil thats first.
second if you want to complete understand good and evil you have to complete ignore kishi logic. good and evil is up to an individual to aknowledge, just because naruto wins it wont trully change the lives of other people, because every person is simply different from one another. its not just black and white, there is many shades of gray in everything.

evil and good is verb its not a noun, its something that describes action happening or that has happened but it doesnt refer to people. when the person commits a bad deed his deed is evil or the action commited but the person itself or the character remains pure.

You cannot fight evil.
If you do, you will not win.
Evil cannot be defeated, it is too clever, too treacherous and too worldly to be fooled by a mere mortal.
Evil has had thousands of years of earthly experience in which to formulate its plans for humanity.
Evil cannot be fought.
Wars will not do anything to help goodness, in fact war plays right into the hands of those who want control and power.

In a war there are no good guys.
Both sides are being manipulated by the controllers, the forces of evil.
You cannot argue or take sides, wherever there is aggression, there is ego, the earthly representative of evil.
It is useless even discussing the awful things that happen in this world.
When you do, your anger, or disappointment, or emotions, all feed the negativity in the world.
Your attempts to do good through charities are always polluted by human greed, ego.
You are trapped.

Evil is removed by not acknowledging it.
It is created through believing in it.
It is uncreated by not believing in it.
It has no hold over you, unless you permit it.
So to overcome evil, you have to understand that it is something that you created.
It is not separate from you, it is you.
Humanity created it.
It is up to humanity to uncreate it.
You have a destiny to fulfill, meet and meld with your future self so that you are the light.
You confound this journey through fear.

You are the observer, not the player.
Every time you try to take control, you are creating negative circumstances.
Let go and the ego, evil personified, will lessen its hold over your life.
You do not have to remove it, just lessen its power.
This is how you change the world, your world, for that is the only world that exists, your world.
Any evil you experience is in your world, it is up to you to do something about it.
What is the principle of the situation?
What is a way that you can undermine it?
How can you indirectly adjust the situation so that you take the strength out of it?
Ask your future self and then let go.
Make it a habit to let go.
This takes a lot of courage, but it sure beats going to war against an impossible to beat enemy.

Excellent theory, backed up appropriately. I don't have much to add, you explained it very thoroughly.
Well done :)

Doubt it the way kishi is going with sasuke he's not cooperating with naruto even if it kills him talking don't work and if naruto beats sasuke, sasuke will pull a suicide kill maybe.

Or most likely naruto knows a technique to remove ashura and indra charka from in them.

In the end cooperation won't work with sasuke and naruto.

Seems plausible, although some things I disagree on, mostly cosmetic points though; although I do agree on your premise of there needing to be cooperation- between the two.

I love the thread....it does make a lot of sense

Only thing i wanna add is that transmigration is a relocation of the soul as the mind clearly dies along with the body and their ideals carry on through the soul...oh well it doesnt matter, great theory!

Great theory, it was laid out nicely with manga facts with plenty of evidence to support. +rep

The transmigrants are chosen according to their ideals

Indra's chakra is the medium among the Uchiha Clan to awaken the sharingan, which can also transfer outside the bloodline

Indra's resentment towards his family will vanish, when Sasuke starts to co-operate with Naruto

Darkness cannot be eliminated but can be conquered by love in order to create balance in the world

“Accept your dark side, understanding it will help you to move with the light. Knowing both sides of our souls, helps us all to move forward in life and to understand that, perfection doesn't exist - Martin R. Lemieux”

What you quoted here is perhaps the most important part of your theory. (which seems more like truth to me than theory)

I see a few post about not being able to eraticate evil. To understand good and evil you need to 1st understand that these two terms (nouns) are subjective. Good and evil are relative constructs created by humanity. There are heroes and villains on both sides of war.

Where the OP is taking this theory of his is actually coinsides with the concept of Yin and Yang. In the case of Naruto and Sasuke while people think Sasuke may have completely lost it, I feel as though he is fighting Naruto because he truly wishes to test Naruto's strength and, more importantly, his conviction.

Sasuke said it himself, he is looking to shoulder the weight of the world's darkness. This includes Naruto's darkness as well, but he first wants Naruto to acknowledge his own darkness and prove his strength as Sasuke's lonely path has taught him that power above all else is key.

Naruto is on the opposite side of this but I feel he has yet to understand what Sasuke is trying to show him, hense the comment about not wanting to fight the current Sasuke.

I might be lending Kishi too much credit but who knows, he may surprise us all.

This is an excellent thread my friend truly worthy of every + rep you recieve including the one I am about to give you.

Well done.

It very interesting. So in the story their chakra lingers around until they find a suitable host. That sounds pretty cool when you think about it. It could also be that Indra's essence and what believed is peace are the same thing

Outstanding theory! This all validates the end of the fight will result in cooperation between the 2 brothers aka Naruto and Sasuke. It will probably start with the two of them ending IT together.
