When I first saw this thread I thought it was going to somehow be a Sasuke wank thread. I admit that I'm pleasantly surprised. You put a lot of thought into this thread and I agree with everything you've stated. Well done!

Interesting, but I disagree about it being transferable outside of the bloodline. Namely because the moment Sasuke became the transmigration should he have not gained the "swirl" eyes of Indra? That is a big flaw to me. I could see Ashura doing it outside of bloodline as he values the whole cooperation thing, but I cannot for the life of me see Indra doing it. The Sharingan is in the Uchiha's blood, thus is their power. He's not going to go into a body and make the Sharingan appear as it would be outside of their power. If that makes sense? It's still a good theory nonetheless.

Pein wanted to bring peace through sheer power and fear instilled in the people with the ten tails, Obito and Madara wanted to bring peace to the world through IT, Sasuke wanted peace through deleting the past, severing all bonds and carrying the burden of hatred and the villages on his own shoulders and now I guess you could say that the way Naruto and Sasuke will bring peace is by two opposing forces cooperating together to bring balance!

very good interpretation and that's why I also think the most logical ending would be having them both as Hokage. However, i don't know if we can say it can be passed outside the bloodline. Indra is intimately connected to Uchiha because of the features you pointed out about love and hatred so it would be easier for them to acquire the same ideals except for shinobi like Shisui and Itachi and others Tobirama mentioned who were rare exceptions. As for Naruto, even though Hagoromo mentioned that Ashura chose him because of his ideals and personality, the Uzumaki clan is a distant blood relative to the Senju clan so again we have the same rivals.

Obito wasn't Indra's reincarnation simply because Madara wasn't dead yet. Reincarnation at its most simple term is basically just your soul moving from one body to the next. Obito is his own soul. Technically madara and sasuke are the same person with slight difference due to diffferences in upbringing, their life etc. You could chakra is the terminology for soul in this manga.

Not much to say here. This pretty much goes in line with the manga's concepts. I think you might be right about the transmigration-ideal thing. It makes sense, and it supports how Sasuke's plan would work since there are no Uchihas. I think the reason why both Ashura and Indra's transmigrants are both needed is for one to be the moral and idealistic one while the other is the one who understands practicality. The 2 together can create a good world.
