Unfortunately sasuke has no tailed beast's chakra anymore so sasuke is not that much powerful.I don't think that sasuke will ever reach at that level.

Indra's arrow was juiced up with the bijuu chakra, Sasuke's tech will never be that powerful again atleast not on its own. Naruto however now has 100% Kurama + linked to other 8 bijuu, he has access to their vast reserves of chakra/power and abilities/KKG. He can enhanced his jutsu even further as he is also a Perfect Sage. Imagine Naruto & Kurama 100% Sage Art: Giant Tailed Beast Bomb Fuuton Rasenshuriken, GG NV.
