Madara was probably the reincarnation of Indra when he was alive, however the manga has suggested it's Sasuke and it's make sense to just automatically say Sasuke is Indra's reincarnation. Their Susanoo's look very alike, and because we all know Kishi has issues remembering exact art work of stuff, I'm to agreeing with the fact that Madara most likely has a PS. Sure the actual Susanoo has wings, but if you think about it, doesn't the second pair of arms look a lot like wings? Itachi's, Sasuke's and Madara's Susanoo's are all a like, but they have little differences between them that makes them unique. Madara's has four arms, Itachi has a Sword and Shield and Sasuke's has a bow and an orb. I'm sure Indra's has something unique for his Susanoo, maybe a spear or something.

My guess is that both Sasuke and Madara are Indra's reincarnates....Madara died and Sasuke became the next reincarnate. Just a guess.

Indra's chakra reincarnated as Madara, Sasuke, and many others - Asura as Hashirama, Naruto, and others. Chapter 462 and 670 paints a clear picture.

Obito said Madara and Hashirama's battle was fated, and Naruto and Sasuke are the next in line.

You guys are missing a point her. Indra's Susanoo is not a perfect one because the perfect Susanoo is the Susanoo who has been stabilized - that is there is no chakra flame spouting from it. On the other hand, Edo Madara having Senju DNA and Rinnegan was able to control perfectly his Susanoo and Stabilize it, giving him the perfect Susanoo.

The Susanoo shown for Indra is yet to be stabilized.
