And Madara as Indra's reincarnation seems more literal than Sasuke. They seemed to act exactly the same.

1.the true susanoo has wings and a different hair style
this is the true susanoo

3.madara's susanoo is still not a daitengu so it's still incomplete

They are different in appearances, and all Perfect Susano'os that has been show all look like that, we have seen; Madara's, Sasuke's and Indra's up until now and they all look the same with the nose and mask. ( We saw Sasuke's when he fused with Naruto. )
