He's been reincarnated into Sasuke. Orochimaru would eat Sasuke's soul, therefore he would have Indra's.

Yes, he would, as Sasuke is just a vessel for Indra's chakra and not his soul (though his chakra obviously contains some of his personality), while Orochimaru would simply replace Sasuke's consciousness with his Living Corpse Reincarnation jutsu.

He'd get his chakra, but he most likely wouldn't get spades of Indra's personality like Sasuke.
