He literally gave them his power as in the Rinnegan and RSM, neither of those are Ninshuu. In fact, if he did mean Ninshuu then why is it that when he gave Sasuke this "Ninshuu" it manifested in the Rinnegan? It's quite clear that he gave them his power buddy.

There's literally no point in arguing against the Manga. The entire basis of the Indra/Ashura conflict was based on Hagoromo ignoring his other, more capable child, for his "useless" drop out son. Both their ideologies was tested, and Hagoromo picked the former.

He even states himself that he LEFT Ninshuu (which caused the CONFLICT between the brothers), which isn't just a creed, Hagoromo even states it's a power.
