He has PS which obviously proves that he was atleast on par with EMS Madara so he don't need EMS.

You can activate and deactivate dojutsus you know? It's not because Sasuke has EMS, that he constantly has it on. One starts from sharingan to active it. And i'm pretty sure it was already shown he has a dojutsu similar to Rinnengan, so i doubt Kishimoto would retcon this. 2images and people already come with stupid comparisons/conclusions

Maybe he HAD PMS (Perfect Mangekyo Sharingan) xd. Unless the manga states different the manga scan shows him with only 3 tome and a circle no EMS.

I still doubt that's a usual Mangekyo Sharingan(eMS is out of the picture anyway).
