INDRA DOES NOT HAVE EMS - If not MADARA > INDRA?

Since Indra is the first to have a sharingan it is safe to say that he could not have obtained EMS for obvious reasons any Naruto FAN already know. Also he might not even have MS since he would have to kill his brother or someone he love to get it (Unless their is another way to obtain MS **Itachi** comes to mind)

So how strong can INDRA be if he only had a regular Sharingan (Best case scenario he had MS)

Madara > INDRA?

My reason for asking this is based on the fact that niether INDRA or ASHURA had their fathers full power. MADARA was not just the reincarnation of INDRA (Thats if he even is). He took it a step further in taking his brothers EYES obtaining EMS. Also he has ASHURA cells in him since he implanted HASHIRAM cells into his body. Thus meaning he has surpassed both brothers and is on SO6P levelish.

madara is not ashura madara died so then it would mean that ashuras energy would be reincarnated into someone else if madara was is is no longer. Looking at the story line it makes sence for naruto and saskue to be the reincanations as the s06p said naruto had to work and know pain and people love and have help accending to where he is now. saskue always had a given talent like ashura did. And as the brothers died fighting each other then there engergys passed if you remember back to when naruto fought saskue on the water at the bridge he said the next time we fight we will both die just like the brothers died from fighting eachother if they fought again it would be there destiny to die fighting each other again.

I believe his MS was an eMS. The term "eternal" is referring to the never ending "light" of these eyes. We don't know if Indras Dōjutsu had any side-effects, but I'm sure that wasn't the case anyway.
On the other hand Madaras inherited Uchiha-power(spiritual energy/chakra) isn't on the same level as Indras.

Simple, he has a different form of sharingan that, unlike his descendants, does not go blind and is on par with EMS if not stronger.

It's clear to me that the swirly eye we saw earlier is his EMS.

As for how he got EMS, he probably didn't need transplants to reach it. The reason his descendants needed it was because their eyes got weaker so they couldn't reach EMS without transplants. At least that's the theory I'm going with.
