A single BDRS from Rikudou Naruto had a aoe on par with the Juubi's TBB, albeit with Gudoudama's erasing properties and Fuuton's effect. Indra's arrow, despite a double elemental disadvantage, stalemated with a COFRS and a COBDRS from a bloodlusted Rikudou Naruto fueled with the planet's nature energy.

Indra's Arrow plows through the TBB and vapes the Juubi.

Different techniques with different applications, very diffcult to compare.

One is an AoE technique, the other is a piercing technique.

Well, i would favour the TBB over an FRS, and since that clashed evenly with IA, im gonna put the TBB ahead. In fact, im sure the FRS was stronger than the IA.
