Indra and Sasuke / Ashura and Naruto

Indra and Ashura were born from Hagorome, the Sage of Six Paths. Indra was a direct descendant but didn't inherit the Sages's Rinnegan.
Unlike Naruto and Saskuke who are merely the reincarnates of Indra and Ashura and later gifted the Sage of Six Path powers: Sasuke awakening Rinnegan and Naruto given Six Path Sage Mode.
Their Modes are the same, however, Naruto has Kurama/NineTails mixed within which is vastly different and might be more powerful.

Naruto having six paths senjutsu could be the thing Ashura had but Indra still didn't get Rinnengan
