Background Info.
History: After the war in the Land of Water, many Kekkei Genkai users were persecuted, and driven out of the Land of Water. One of these clans, was the Yuki Clan. A clan of shinobi who combined Suiton and Fuuton, to create a new element. Hyouton.
One of the members of the Yuki Clan who was driven out of the Land of Water, was named Darte. Darte was young during the war and never fought, but nevertheless, he was shunned for simply being a member of the dreaded clan.
Darte traveled out of the Land of Water, and settled in a small village in the Land of Fire. Here, Darte found peace, for a time. He got married and had thought that he had escaped his dark past, however, fate would not be so kind. After living in the village for several years, a member of the Anbu Black Ops of Kirigakure came to the village, and assassinated him, but not before he had impregnated his wife with a babe. A babe who would be named Inchato.
The woman stayed in the village and mourned her dead husband until she had the babe. After Inchato was born, she quickly left the village, fearing that Kirigakure may learn that another member of the Yuki Clan still lived. She found refuge in Konohagakure, where Inchato would be raised.
While growing up in Konohagakure, Inchato met Uchiha91. Inchato would often spar with him, in order to gain experience. After sparring for a time, Uchiha91 and Inchato began teaming up and sparring other teams. This relationship would continue until it was time for Inchato to graduate the academy and become a Genin.
Like all Genin, Inchato was assigned to a team of three. Inchato was assigned to a team with Gin-San and some generic ninja. Inchato and Gin-San constantly argued when they first met, with Inchato usually starting the argument with a random insult. However, after a time, Inchato and Gin-San decided to drop the grudge. With the past behind them, they were able to slowly become friends.
As the years passed and Inchato continued to train, he eventually became a Chuunin. In celebration of his recent promotion, Inchato went to a local bar. At this bar, Inchato met a man named Scorps, another member of Konoha. Inchato and Scorps talked for a while, and then left on there merry way. They would occasionally bump into each other, and for some reason, Scorps always carried a bottle of sake with him. It was weird..
Inchato then met Joker Kaguya. Joker Kaguya decided that he would educate Inchato in the way of the shinobi by teaching him many jutsu. However, after a time, Joker decided to quit training Inchato, although they remained friends.Then, Inchato's mother fell ill. On her death bed, she informed Inchato of his heritage as a member of the Yuki Clan. She then proceeded to tell him of the way that the clan members combined Ice and Wind Chakra at will. A few days later, she died. Inchato then decided it would be good to travel away from the village for a time, in order to mourn his mother in peace and hone his newly discovered Kekkai Genkai.
Thus, Inchato traveled north until the weather became cold and there was snow on the ground. He then found a cave and began to practice his ice techniques. While training, Inchato met Phobos and -Haku Yuki-. To his astonishment, they too, possessed the Kekkei Genkai of the Yuki Clan. Thus, Inchato worked with the pair of them to hone his skills with Ice.
After doing this for several years, Inchato felt that he had mastered the usage of Ice, and decided to head back to Konohagakure. While he journeyed back, he met ~Sanji~. For a time, ~Sanji~ trained Inchato. During this training, they talked a bit to, and ultimately decided to teach each other what tricks they had picked up.
Inchato was then surprised to find Konohagakure was bustling with activity. Several new members had joined such as: Wesobi, -Haku Yuki-, and Scary Yamato. The biggest change of all, however, was that Izuna Uchiha was now the Hokage.
And this, my friends, is the story of how I got where I am today. I will show the world what I am capable of. Me. Inchato Yuki.

Abilities:
Battle Logic: Like Haku Yuki, Inchato is able to quickly analyze jutsu as he sees them. In doing so, he is often able to understand how a technique fundamentally works and is able to quickly come up with counters to the respective technique.
Cold Hardiness: Due to his years spent in the arctic climate, Inchato is extremely used to the cold temperatures produced by his Ice techniques, and thus isn't effected by the coldness produced.
Silver Tongued: By using his well developed logic, Inchato is able to quickly deduce what one may want to hear, making him an extremely persuasive entity.
