inbuilt browser crashed :(

I am having Nokia C3-01.
Java based phone so actually its inbuilt browser is unable to download , i can still browse but not download other third party application .i am using UCweb browser which i previously downloaded before it crashed now UCweb brow~ which helps to download anything.......BUT can anyone help me to correct my inbuilt browser

What's so important that needs to be downloaded from a phone? lol. Why not use a PC? O_O

Ummm.... Right now i live in hostel so pc with me lol thats why....pls help anyone
