The difference is that the floor isn't being thrown towards him. At Impel Down, Inazuma stuck his swords into the stationary ground, then started running and cutting. If Golem Pica's arm is aiming at him, he isn't going to be able to do that unless his scissors are large enough to cover Pica's fist, and since Golem Pica's arm contains streets on it, I find that unlikely.

You're talking about large, but I already said Pica's golem will be a lot smaller on marineford. He only has one building to work with. So it would be more like small giant size.

Also instead of running across the floor cutting it when Pica smashes he can just stick out his scissors when he evades and let Pica bring the movement.

This. Inazuma was able to cut the floor because, while it was stationary, he was moving. If Pica is throwing the fist towards him, Inazuma can just jump onto the fist and run up it or jump to the side and let it move as he cuts it.

Inazuma wins IMO. He can cut any rock like paper. He helped luffy a lot in marineford by making a rock path for his

Pica wouldn't be able to gather as much rock as he wishes. Inazuma never had any trouble cutting rocks. That's all he can do basically

Inazuma's ability allows him to cut anything like paper, not just rock. Doesn't mean he can actually beat everyone simply because people can fight back. Cutting immobile rock and cutting a giant fighting rock are two things different, so because he can cut everything(including rock) doesn't change his fate here. He gets crushed

Inazumas ability completely negates picas. If inazuma has greater speed than pica he can beat him.

I want to go with inazuma on this one. And whoever made this thread great job on pairing two characters with similar strength.

Inazuma's ability completely negates Pica's ability. Meaning that pica would be forced to fight without his stone assimilation. Inazuma seems like she me be alot quicker then pica, as she/he easily was able to rush right past luffy at Marineford.

I think with her abilty she should be able to take pica down mid-high diff

not even a good matchup lol even if inuzuma could cut pica pica would rebuild and I doubt he would ever have to rebuild more than once before managing to smash him

Pica would win. Inazuma ability will be troublesome for him yes but I feel pica can reform over and over and overwhelm his cutting ability.
