They're all relateable to some extent, but since Shino was the most suggested I will say this. Shino is relatable in that he's an easily ignored guy who does his best to create friendships with others.

Another point I want to make. Kiba and Shino are not just dog and bug respectfully. Anyone can relate to Kiba when he feels that Naruto is way ahead of him or Shino when he goes unnoticed despite effort to join in conversations with others.
