i persoannly belive its rock lee his resolve to being left behind by naruto and sasuke he thinks (when he neg diff them in the past) he should atleast be close to there level and im sure his training methods has spiked to where he can fight in the gates verylong with little fatigue.

After seeing the progression of Naruto and Sasuke i can only imagine he will now amp up his training to the next level. Also, he will be the one to surpass Gai, so considering how much power Gai displayed (and how much damage it inflicted on Rikudo Madara all that's left is for Lee to become a master of the Techniques taking things to the next level.

Sakura was already kage level three years ago. No matter how Lee trains he's not going to catch up to Sakura without resorting to suicide moves, and even then Sakura would win given her byakugo no jutsu. It's a no brainer, Sakura is the strongest one.

my thoughts exactly maybe lee will sustain 7gates a very long time making him very hard target.. the data books state that 7 gates gives the usere the ability to be an unstoppable force power and speed as 7gated gai displayed on a god lvl opponent

How the hell is Lee going to take Sakura down? Sakura's chakra levels dwarf those of Lee's. Her stamina >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Lee's.
Byakugo heals instantly when the damage is done, then there's even Katsuyu.

Sakura is kage level you like it or not. She could beat many kage level ninja.

Sakura is the one you want in your team as she can do many things greatly, while Lee has just one thing he can do. :|

Sakura is bound to land a hit, she even punched Kaguya for god's sake.

Sakura is the strongest by feats I think. Although if Lee learns how to open the 7th gate(on Gai's level) like you implied, then I would rate him as the strongest. Sakura is still the most useful though given her medical skills.
