In terms of war arcs and story pacing Bleach has Naruto beat IMO.

After reading through both of their final arcs Bleach is currently ahead of Naruto in terms of suspense and pacing of their war arc.This week's Bleach chapter had two characters killed off at the same time and the bad guys are doing/did serious damage to the good side.

Unlike Naruto where we all know Madara will be beaten by some PNJ/friendship attack,Bleach is constantly swinging the scales where the bad guys win a few battles and the good guys make a comeback.

The pacing of Bleach's recent chapters is more coherent than Naruto's where things seem to be completely disjointed.

The final villain in Bleach is actually doing what he's set out to do whereas Madara is dicking around waiting for the eventual powerups Naruto and Sasuke are going to come back with.

Every Bleach character is getting some spotlight whereas most of Naruto's supporting cast is currently M.I.A.

Each chapter of Bleach leaves you with suspense whereas the current Naruto chapters are a mixed bag.

The strongest character in Bleach was killed early in it's final arc whereas nobody who is important in Naruto will die except for Gai.

Now I'll wait for the eventual bashing I'll get from those who can't tolerate critical opinions but in my opinion Bleach has the better final arc.

And it takes a entire chapter of talking and flashbacks for Naruto to get back to the current events..In fact Naruto has more panels of characters talking than Bleach so I don't see what you're getting at.

Doesn't signify much. Naruto (and by extension One Piece) have demolished Bleach since their inceptions in every single arc ever. I'll give it to Bleach; it currently has the best current arc in the HST (Because Naruto's is a tad inconsistent and One Piece's Current arc is terrible as well). But it is terrible in comparison to the other two. And Bleach has no meaning, compared to what Naruto has always been about. The point is, nobody is inherently evil in Naruto, as we've seen with Madara and Obito, there is a reason why they became how they were, and this has been echoed throughout the manga. It's up to you to interpret something so obvious to the masses who read it. It's not entirely in plain black and white like Bleach which is stale, linear, and is only about fighting with no meaning.​

Yet they are getting the spotlight while Ichigo has not appeared for 20+ chapters now.And Lol at K11 being more important when they are just background characters while Naruto,Sasuke,Kakashi,and Gaara are doing the hard work.

You were the one who complained about Bleach having four pages of characters talking while Naruto is just as if not more guilty of that.In fact entire chapters have been nothing but flashbacks that could've been short and sweet.
