Science says that humans and monkey evolve from the same ancestor as monkeys and they could be wrong but there is proof to human evolution

I dont believe that there can be a all powerful and loving god just by looking at the news, There is so much fighting and horrible things happing to others and to my family and friends and they all tell me to believe and trust that god will save us all if we just believe. I find it hard to believe that a God Created Everything because who made the god.

Wait, what? If you are implying we are monkeys then that's false. Evolution is the change in the inherited characteristics of biological populations over successive generations. It's a process overtime. Do you really think a complex world such as this was created in merely six days by some entity in the sky.

Unfortunately no. If I say I have an invisible dinosaur in my bedroom and only I can see him when no ones around would you believe me? Could you prove that my invisible dinosaur doesn't exist? No. Because it is what you call a non falsifiable hypothesis. That's exactly what god is. You can't prove that he does not exist but you can't prove he exists because there is no evidence.

Personally I'm atheist. I don't believe in god. I think it's silly to believe in a magic man in the sky who created the earth in seven days 6,000 years ago even though science proves that the earth was formed over a billion years ago. Besides that little rant, I'm curious and where people stand and why do they believe in such things that has no evidence what so ever.

anyway i am jewish by blood and tradition and i am agnostic in belief. by "blood and tradition" i mean that i don't believe in judaism or the jewish god, but i am of jewish ancestry and i follow some of the jewish traditions, kinda like people that don't go to church every sunday but still celebrate christmas.

there is no exact number on how old the earth really is. i think scientist and religion are wrong on it. God created the earth so accept it

Building blocks don't build themselves.If something looks designed, and if it's complex, it doesn't take a horde of scientists to prove to me (with peer reviewed papers) that it didn't make itself that way with no outside direction and intelligence.
