The original Tom and Jerry could not stand up to the original Loony Toons. Loony Toons was epic in terms of the number of characters they had and the number of hilarious situation they got into. Cartoons made in the 40's not requiring commentary to be successful, a lesson to be taught about early animation.

Well there's the saying "Be the change you wish to see in the world." Meaning if you want to see cartoons be filled with purposeful plot and characters that you can relate too that pull at your heart strings. Instead of being pointless, random and unwise like the shows now being shown on T.V. well then guys get that pencil sharpen and start drawing xD show the world what a real , awesome cartoon show is like :reborn: three examples would be young justice, teen titans and even Gundam Wing from the old toonami days :flowers

Its back, but I have no idea what shows on it now, although it basically operates like the Saturday night anime that always played on adult swim. I think they show Attack on Titan, OP, Naruto, Kill La Kill, Parasyte and some other shows.

If they still air Tom and Jerry, I'll give them a pass, though I haven't seen it in like 8 years it did go downhill where I live too, with all the shows being based on child versions of Krishna(yes, Lord Krishna) and Bhim(also religious) and that could've been any other characters and it would still suck, but whatever I stopped watching tv altogether long time ago.
