Just reread the page on this link, and you see how kabuto said "Uchiha Madara... You are in your own league"
Tobis says "Wise guy..." in a sense of mocking him
As a direct interjection of him calling him Uchiha Madara before a pause. As in, you better keep calling me that. Kabuto knows his real identity, knows the real Madara is in the coffin. Voila, theory answered.

i say the real madara cuz wat is so crazy is the zetsu calls him tobi still n i say zetsu saved his life tht day he gave kakashi his eye
Mandara became really shocked after he viewed the summon.Then again if it was his brother why get so shocked? Is his brother more powerful than he is? He also has the mangekyou but still... Maybe he couldn't face his brother because he was the one that stole his eyes but i think that Mandara was actually in fear.
Since Zetsu is a creation of Uchiha Mandara...
Think about it.Why Zetsu needs the 1's DNA to improve?
What conection does Zetsu have with the first?
The only ones that were experimenting with Hashiramas DNA were Orochimaru and Mandara.Also when Mandaras hand was destroyed it was white just like Zetsu and that plant created by the firsts DNA.And thats exacly how he reaplaced it.He just grew a new one.Also Zetsu has no ambitions of his own.He is Mandaras perfect pet.A clone created with Mandaras and Hashiramas DNA.That explains the split personality.
