Kishimoto sucks at writing females. He also sucks at developing romance. Sakura and Hinata are bland characters whose goals revolve around a guy. The pairings that happened(or could have happened) have little development.
There I just saved you guys dozens of pointless threads and debates.

I sure can. I would have had Naruto at least address Hinata about her confession, telling her that he's very flattered, but that he's got a lot of stuff going on in his life. Then during the war, make sure that all naruhina moments were clear, and that Naruto's "feeligns" for sakura were wavering and have him realize that Hinata is a good for him. After the war I would have given Naruto closure with sakura; something along the lines of "I love you like a sister and I know you love me like a brother" type of deal, and finally tell hinata that he likes her back.
No bullshit. No timeskip. No they just magically fell in love and had kids because logic.

Funny thing is Naruto fell in love with Hinata in a movie.As far as the actual source material goes the last and final dialogue they had was in 615.lol.Just lol.So in other words,in future,a guy who does not know about the movie existing wont even understand why this pairing made sense in the first place

^this. Kishi made too many main characters and didn't develop all of them enough sometimes at all, if you compare naruto to other manga you will see what I mean. Having 4-5 main characters and developing them all aswell as developing side characters is good. But having too many main characters and not developing them all enough isn't very good Shino is an example of this. Poor side characters like iruka don't even get noticed.

You want me to draw hundreds of chapters worth of development just to prove my point? That's not my job, that was Kishi's. Also, that's not even what I am saying. I am speaking storywise. I am sorry I followed this manga for a decade and at least expected to see how the main character fell in love with a girl he talked to about 5 times in the entire manga. This manga has produced too many questions and not enough answers.
