You're also aware that Sasuke fought against the Kages and Danzo (after his battle with Bee) before almost going blind in which he obtained the Eien no Mangekyô Sharingan to fight Kabuto?

I really dont think he got faster at the summit he just had got susanoo that help a lot and in danzo, fight when he fought be he didnt have it at the time or he would of used it for sure

But Karin's healing made him fit to fight properly. He was still fast nontheless, even Bee complemented him on his speed (when he dodged that Lariat).

If he was in such a good shape, then that statement would never been made. The only reason it was made was because Sasuke indeed didn't heal from all of the wounds (even Sasuke admits this to being true "Yeah...I never thought we'd have this hard a time, though.")

Yeah Itachi has one of the fastest Shunshin in the manga/Anime.He was able to fend against Killer Bee's 8 sword dance with a kunai[most likely] so his reflex r pretty good too

Adult Sasuke was keeping up because it was a combination attack in the Boruto movie... They hard to keep their attacks in sync hence Naruto had to move at around Sasuke's speed

If he doesn't activate sharingan he's still fast tho. You maintain body speed with or without sharingan. Activating Sharingan just gives you better reflexes if anything.
