could it be..could also be an entire new jutsu, maybe even the jutsu jman mentioned n warned naruto to not use, for me, i'm inclined towards the latter.
or i think the cloud of dust is his newest rasengan maybe he is learning to throw it, that's why you see the cloud of smoke near the mountains. What do you guys think.

I thought it was a technique involving the 9th tails. And the only thing that might be risky is if naruto completely turned into the kyuubi and lost his mind forever, or killing his own friends.

Remember Jiraiya tried something similar to that and got pwned
