This spar will be a bit different. We start off using only E-rank jutsu and after two turns we can use D-rank and so on like that. Post your bio and i'll start.

P.S. Although activation of the Byakugan counts as A-Rank does it matter if I use that in my first turn since it doesn't count as a move? xD

It's fine with me. Makes it more of a challenge.

Let's see how well this new training regime works. Prepare yourself, Kirito.

Shinon begins by running towards you and tossing a barrage of 20 senbons at you from both hands before grabbing his bow off his back and circling around to your left.

Alrighty then

As you begin dashing forward the veins on Kirito's temples begin to buldge outward, indicating the activation of his Byakugan. With his Byakugan activated Kirito looks at the senbons which are thrown towards him and proceeds by drawing both of his swords which are strapped across his back and waves them infront of him in spinning motions fending off the incoming senbons(jedi style) which he should be able to do thanks to the accuracy gained through his doujutsu.
Then as you are circling around to Kirito's left with your bow drawn Kirito also begins running, straight towards you with both swords still drawn.

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Byakugan is the kekkei genkai of the Hyuga clan. Bearers of this Dõjutsu have almost featureless white eyes. When the Byakugan is activated, the user's pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge as the blood flow to their eyes is increased. While having the Byakugan deactivated, Hyuga ninjas have a normal eyesight and no special addition to their vision. While low rank Hyugas will need to perform a sequence of hand seals ( Horse → Tiger with lifting just index fingers → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Snake with the right index finger lifted straight up) to activate their Byakugan, Hyuga masters will be able to do so without the need for any hand seals and even have it active passively for long periods of time. Once activated, the user gains access to all of the abilities the Byakugan bestows upon them. While, like other Dojutsu, its main ability is to see chakra and the chakra flow in sentient beings, the Byakugan adds a complete new detail and dimension to that ability. The user can not only see chakra and the chakra flow, but also the circulatory system and even the 361 tenketsu. Added to this ability, once activated the Byakugan grants the user a near perfect field of vision 360º around himself (up to long-range if he's a master). This field of vision has only one blind spot, slightly above the 3rd thoracic vertebrae and facing backwards but enables the user to actually even see his own chakra circulatory system and chakra flow, which explains why all Hyuugas are so adept and masterfull of precise chakra control. The last ability the Byakugan has is the ability to zoom in and out, focusing on specific things, piercing beyond matter and energy alike, as well as chakra. This specific ability allows the user to see pass most barriers as well as physical matter (like rock walls, ground, etc) but also energy, being able to focus beyond chakra that might be in front of them or other energies. The zooming ability is enhanced as the user becomes more adept at using his eyes and can even reach distances above 20kms away. Some Hyugas have shown a great awareness regarding agressiveness as well as killing intent, detecting such intentions and emotions from others with more ease than most.
Note: Activation spends a move from the users own move count but once the user reaches Sannin Rank and has gained mastery over Gentle Fist for 1 month, he can activate it passively without spending a move. Because of its low chakra cost to maintain, the user can keep it active throughout the whole fight as long as he has chakra and stamina to do so.
Note: Genjutsu that requires Eye Contact when used against a Byakugan user requires direct eye contact between enemy pupil and user's pupil

When Shinon sees Kirito approaching him with his blades Shinon grabs two arrows with exploding tags hidden inside and infuses them with wind chakra as soon as he touches them. Swiftly notching the arrows, Shinon jumps away from Kirito while shooting the arrows into the ground where he was standing. As you get close to where the arrows are he detonates them which causes the earth in front of Kirito to blast apart and launch several chunks of earth at him with enough force to daze him if hit in the head. A few chunks reach Shinon during his retreat but he just deflects them with his metal bow.

As Kirito notices you drawing the arrows and infusing them with chakra he grows wary but remains his progress towards you but then as you aim them towards the ground instead of towards Kirito and fire the arrows Kirito comes to a sudden stop and leaps backward due to your suspicious action. After a quick inspection of the arrows with his Byakugan Kirito notices the tags hidden within the arrows.

"Looks like these swords won't do much good if you want to play that game"

Kirito sheats both of his blades and reaches into his outfit, retrieving a single flash bomb within his left hand and two kunai with explosive tags attached to both of him with his right hand and then proceeds by throwing the flash bomb into the area where your arrows had landed where it detonates as an attempt to blind you while Kirito, thanks to his Byakugan remains unaffected by the light and quickly he tosses one of the kunais over to his left hand and throws both of them forward, the first one is thrown towards you, detonating once it is roughly one meter away from you while the second one which is thrown two seconds later is aimed for the arrows detonating upon contact to get rid of the dormant threat sticking in the ground.

Shinon watches Kirito re-sheathe his blades after having succeed in deterring him and tries to estimate what his next course of action will be while grabbing three more arrows from his quiver. When he notices you retrieve something from your clothes and toss it towards him Shinon easily identifies the flash bomb and slips on his goggles, protecting his eyes from the eminent flash of light.

Not good enough. What other tricks do you have?

While Shinon notches one of his arrows he sees your kunai approaching him and releases his arrow to deflect the kunai away from him. He then aims his bow a distance to your left and shoots his other two arrows which travel a curved path, turning during their flight to approach you from the side. They are both infused with shadows and are aimed at your left leg and your shadow. Right after shooting the arrows, Shinon starts to circle around to your right in an attempt to divert you attention away from the arrows.

"You'll see-.. pesky archer"

With the arrows coming from his left side and you running towards him from his right Kirito chooses to disregard the arrows by dashing straight towards you, although he did not know where the arrows would land exactly he knew that if he ran in a forward direction the arrows would miss their target.
As Kirito runs straight towards you he sakura petals which quickly surround you, heavily obstructing your view of Kirito and using that to his advantage Kirito curves around towards the right going for your left side while once again drawing his sword and as he is only a few meters away from you Kirito jumps upward while pulling back his sword pointing the tip towards you and then lunges it towards you upper body in an attempt to thrust the sword into your body.

Description: The user will hurl kunai with pouches attached at their target. Upon impact, the pouches explode, releasing small explosive notes. Due to the large number of kunai thrown, a shower of notes will rain down on the target. The user will then throw one final kunai with an active explosive note at the target. It will begin to burn, and by igniting the falling smaller notes it will cause a gigantic explosion.

Sorry I'm not the best at this kind of fighting especially since I've never fought someone with a bow before xD

When Shinon's vision becomes obscured by the many sakura petals surrounding him he suddenly crouches and creates a pair of earth pillars beneath his feet to launch him into the air as he jumps, escaping the area of the petals and giving him a clear view of you who is currently to his right. He then spits a spreading blast of water towards you and electrifies it soon after with lightning to stun you on contact with the water. Four shuriken with wires attached follow behind the electrified water at hit you while you are stunned.
